How your price is calculated

Each part of your unit count is charged at the price for that block. Reaching a lower price block does not change the price of the units before it.

Pricing FAQ

What counts as a billable unit?

Each non-deleted unit inside a property counts once. If a property has no units, the property itself counts as one.

Are the lower tier rates retroactive?

No. Pricing is graduated: only units inside each block use that block’s marginal rate.

Is VAT included?

No. Displayed prices exclude VAT. Applicable tax is calculated separately from the confirmed billing address.

How does annual billing work?

Annual prepayment is ten times your calculated monthly recurring amount—equivalent to two months free.

What happens when my unit count changes?

Monthly increases apply from the next calendar month. Annual increases are aggregated as prorated adjustments; reductions apply at renewal.

Why can pricing differ by country?

Published price books are assigned to regional markets. Your billing country determines the applicable market and currency.

When do I need a Custom offer?

Portfolios with 2,500 or more units receive a tailored quote. Custom is also available for contractual, migration, or service-level requirements.
