Help for landlords and property managers

Simple guides for setting up and running a rental or managed-property portfolio in Proforio.

How Proforio is organized

Your account is the workspace for one property business or managed portfolio. Inside it you add properties, split them into units when needed, add clients or occupants, and connect them to contracts when needed.

Contracts and meters create the operational context. Invoices, incoming bills, funds, announcements, and tickets then use that context so records stay connected and easy to find.

A practical setup order

  1. 1

Check account settings, billing details, invoice templates, and user access.

  2. 2

Add properties and units so every rentable or managed space has a clear place.

  3. 3

Add clients, owners, residents, occupants, or tenants with contact details and assign them through contracts when needed.

  4. 4

Create contracts with management or rental terms, dates, invoice settings, and utilities.

  5. 5

Add meters and incoming invoices when you need utility or building-cost tracking.

  6. 6

Create or generate invoices, approve them, send them, and follow payment status.
